VIDEO: Student Honors Dark Chapter of Europe’s History

November 11, 2015 Marc Amigone No Comments

Matthew Hanks took a trip to Europe last summer that changed his and fellow students’ perspective forever. They toured concentration camps and museums dedicated to the memory of those lost in the holocaust. He was so affected by his experience abroad that he shot and edited a short film showcasing his experience. He then submitted that film to the ACIS Student Video Contest and won first prize. Matthew’s film showcases the raw power travel can have to take pages from a history book and turn them into life-long memories.
